Processing Time

Apparel & Tote Bags can take up to 4-9 business days

Accessories can take up to 1-3 business days

Styling Services can take up to 1-3 business days 

The processing time starts from the day of purchase. Except apparel & totes operates on business days only and rest operates on calendar days. Their can be delays due holidays, natural disasters, vacations and economy changes. 

Our apparel and totes is not made in house. Therefore, Apparel (T-shirt, hoodies, sweatshirt, etc.), Tote Bags, and Weekender Bags will be sent out separately.  An email with tracking will be sent out as well. 

All accessories are in house and will ship out quickly. If you order apparel or totes, you will receive your accessories separately.

Shipping policies

Here are our estimated shipping delivery times:

USA: 5­-8 business days

Canada: 6­-12 business days

World: 10­-20 business days

Your order will be sent out on average within 1-3 days of ordering accessories. All sales are final. 

International shipping:

International shipments may incur customs fees. The customs policy is different in each country, and the fee is usually based on a variety of factors like weight, value, and size. 

We do not take responsibility for customs fees.

We know how important your order is! MeticulouZ StyleZ provides our customers tracking numbers to track your package. If the tracking information states that your items have been delivered but you have not received it, please check around your neighborhood in case another home received it by mistake. Speak with family, roommates, etc. in the event they received it on your behalf. The package may also have been left with property managers or an apartment office.

We will always do our best to assist you, but MeticulouZ StyleZ does not hold responsibility for packages that are lost, stolen or damaged in transit. If you are still unable to locate your package, you must contact the shipping carrier to discuss the issue and file a claim through them. In addition, we offer the option to select and purchase insurance on your item(s) before checkout. All products leaves our facility not damaged but we cannot control how the shipping carrier handles the package in transit. 

Returns policies


We are not accepting returns. 

Damaged items:

The last thing we want is for you to be stuck with a damaged item. If an order arrives damaged, then please get in touch with a photo within a week's time!

Wrong size:

Please to make sure that you order the correct size. We are not responsible for replacing your order due to the wrong size. Please see and use the size chart.
