Please be sure to read over our terms & conditions:

1. Make sure to check your address if correct. You are fully responsible cover the shipping cost for us to reship your returned mail (new label has to be purchased). 

2. Select the correct item, color option and size (click sizes at bottom of website for verification).

3. We are not accepting returns at this time!! Unless you receive the wrong item, damage/defective item(s) (see our Return Policy).

4. We are not responsible for packages (lost, stolen or broken) once shipped out. All items are inspected prior to being shipped or handed to for local pickup.

5. It is out of our control if there is a delay in shipping with postal services once shipped (especially during peak season such as holidays). 

6. Store Pickup is only available for customers in the Tallahassee, FL area. If you select store pickup and you are not in the area: it is your responsibility to pay for shipping. Your order will not be shipprd out until payment is received for shipping.

8. Some of our products are not made or stored inhouse, those items will be shipped out separately. Those items are our apparel (shirts, hoodies and sweatshirts), mask, and totes/weekender bags.
